Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using WeaveRev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and WeaveRev ("we", "us", "our"). If you are using WeaveRev on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
By ticking the acceptance checkbox at signup, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Service
WeaveRev is a reputation management platform for local business owners. The Service includes:
- Review monitoring — fetching and storing your Google reviews via Outscraper
- AI sentiment analysis — classifying reviews as positive, negative, or neutral using Anthropic's Claude
- Review response drafting — generating AI-suggested replies to reviews in your chosen tone
- Category clustering — grouping reviews into named themes using AI
- AI Insights — generating prioritised, actionable business recommendations
- Intelligence reports — premium briefings including problem detection, health scoring, competitor analysis, and a consultant summary
- Competitor benchmarking — fetching and comparing competitor reviews and ratings
- Period comparison — side-by-side analysis of two date ranges with AI-generated summaries
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect core functionality.
Your Account
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use WeaveRev. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@weavrev.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, share account access with others outside your organisation, or use the Service to provide a competing white-label reputation management product.
Subscriptions & Billing
WeaveRev is offered on a subscription basis. The current plans are:

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until the period ends. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days.
Refunds: If you experience a significant, unresolved service failure within your first 14 days, contact us at support@weavrev.com and we will review your refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WeaveRev only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to monitor businesses you do not own or have authorisation to manage
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from WeaveRev
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service beyond normal use
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or authentication mechanisms
- Use AI-generated review responses to post fake, misleading, or fabricated reviews on Google or any platform
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
Violation of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
Our IP: WeaveRev, its codebase, design, branding, and all AI-generated product features are the intellectual property of WeaveRev. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or proprietary technology.
Your IP: You retain full ownership of your business data, including your business name, location, and any content you input into the Service. You grant WeaveRev a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Review data: Google reviews are written by your customers and hosted on Google's platform. Neither you nor WeaveRev owns this content — we fetch it to provide you with analysis. The AI-generated insights, scores, reports, and summaries produced from your review data are yours to use freely.
AI outputs: AI-generated content produced by the Service (response drafts, insights, intelligence reports) is provided for your use. We make no copyright claim over outputs generated on your behalf.
Your Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WeaveRev — including the collection and processing of Google review data about your customers — complies with any applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Account deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Alert Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account within the app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We do not retain backups of deleted user data beyond our standard 30-day infrastructure backup window, after which all copies are permanently purged.
Third-Party Services
WeaveRev depends on the following third-party providers to deliver the Service: Outscraper (Google review data), Anthropic (AI analysis), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Their availability, pricing, and terms are outside our control.
Google data: Review data is fetched from Google's public platform. Google may change its structure, policies, or availability at any time. WeaveRev makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of data retrieved via Outscraper.
AI outputs: Content generated by Anthropic's Claude is probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. AI-generated insights, intelligence reports, and response drafts are suggestions only — not professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for how you act on them.
Links to third-party services in this document are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party provider.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
We will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible. For unplanned outages, we aim to restore service within 24 hours and will communicate status updates via our website or by email for extended incidents.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific business requirements
- Review data fetched via Outscraper will be complete, accurate, or up to date
- AI-generated insights or response drafts will produce any particular business outcome
- The Service will be available at all times or free from errors
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeaveRev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account feature in Alert Settings, or by contacting us at support@weavrev.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees except as described in Section 4.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of non-payment, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before suspension.
Upon termination for any reason, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeaveRev is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted by law, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in WeaveRev's registered jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — such as modifications to pricing, liability, or your data rights — we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account at any time.
