Our commitment to fairness

We want you to be confident using WeaveRev. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what happens when you cancel your subscription.

Short version: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After that window, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

02 — Free Trial

Free trial period

New accounts may be granted a free trial at our discretion. No payment is required during the trial. Once the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin billing automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.

If you were charged at the end of a trial you believed was still active, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and refund the charge if applicable.

03 — Refund Eligibility

When refunds are granted

You are eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
  • This is the first billing charge on your account (not a renewal).
  • You have not exceeded reasonable usage limits (e.g., bulk API calls, data exports).

Refund requests for renewal charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion if there was a technical fault on our side that prevented you from using the service during the billing period.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@weaverev.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address on your WeaveRev account.
  • The date of the charge and the amount.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

05 — Non-Refundable Items

What is not refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal charges after the 7-day new-subscriber window has passed.
  • Charges for months in which the service was actively used.
  • One-time add-ons or setup fees, if any.
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date.
06 — Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time from your account Settings → Plan, or by emailing support@weaverev.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

After cancellation you retain full access to WeaveRev until the end of your current paid period. We do not prorate or refund unused days for mid-cycle cancellations.
